NoSan Q

This is my city of heroes character NoSan Q. This type of character in the game sneaks up on people and assassinates them. She also throws sharks, which can do a lot of damage from about 80 feet away. So you running around a pvp zone and suddenly this shark comes out of nowhere and takes half your health.

Understandably these characters are attacked as soon as they become visible so she has another power called hibernation--which freezes her in a block of ice, heals all damage over time, and makes her invulnerable to all damage until she can hide again and sneak off.
